[Touch The Bubbles 3]

Great game

I like how this isn't just about reflexes, it really requires some planning and pattern recognition to do well in this game, which makes it 10 times more engaging than others of its ilk. Combine that with the great music, crisp graphics and great controls and I'd say you've made a great game here.

the design of this game is great, really harkens back to the old days of metroid style upgrade platformers. You can even hear it in the music (which I liked by way). The design felt retro, yet also as if it was created with a lot of today's gaming sensibilities in mind. I loved the artwork and exploration aspect, although the ending felt a little abrupt. I liked the boss style monster, it would be nice if there were a few more. The game is all around awesome, but at the same time feels a little unfinished. To be honest, if this had a few more features, a larger size and a bit more polish, I wouldn't mind paying for it.

It was a pretty cool analogy for what I'm sure a lot of people go through. Although in my experience with addictions, this isn't really how it plays out in my head. Either way though, you took a classic plot device and turned it into something pretty fresh and added some nice aesthetics as well. Good job!

great idea. I really don't want to say "you should do something with it", because that almost makes it sound like it can't be cool for coolness sake. At the same time, it would be nice to so it applied in a game type setting. Funny title btw, I didn't really get it until I actually drew a real picture instead of a line segment.

there's a bug

when I hit the newgrounds ball into the corner, it multiplied my points until I got to the boss, that's how I got third place on the score boards (as steph). Other than that it's pretty good.
